Subscription Terms
How ZeroTell Pro plans are priced and billed, when they renew, how to cancel, when you can get a refund, what fair use means and how media credits work. These terms form part of the Terms of Use.
The plans
ZeroTell offers one subscription, ZeroTell Pro, in three plans: Weekly Pro, Yearly Pro and Monthly Pro. All three include exactly the same features from the moment your first payment succeeds: the AI Humanizer, AI Detector and Plagiarism Checker (Basic and Advanced modes), the writing, study and code tools and AI Chat with five model families (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and Grok models) and web search, without charging credits, under the fair use limits below (Unlimited*), plus media credits for the media tools. The plans differ only in how often you pay and how many media credits you receive per billing period.
Weekly Pro starts with an intro price for your first week and then renews at the regular weekly price. Yearly Pro is billed once a year. Monthly Pro is billed every month.
Unlimited* means no credits are charged per run; *subject to the fair use limits in the Fair use section below.
Price list
The prices we currently charge, by currency. Australian prices include GST and UK prices include VAT. US dollar prices don't include tax; if sales tax or VAT applies where you live, it is shown and added at checkout before you pay. The price and renewal terms shown at checkout prevail and are the ones that apply to your subscription.
| Plan | US dollars (USD) — all other countries | Australia (AUD, GST included) | United Kingdom (GBP, VAT included) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly Pro | $1.99 for the first week, then $8.99 every week | A$1.99 for the first week, then A$9.99 every week | £1.49 for the first week, then £5.99 every week |
| Yearly Pro | $67.99 every year | A$89.99 every year | £44.99 every year |
| Monthly Pro | $12.99 every month | A$19.99 every month | £9.99 every month |
Currency and country pricing
We charge in your local currency where we offer one — Australian dollars (AUD) in Australia and British pounds (GBP) in the United Kingdom — and in US dollars (USD) everywhere else. Your pricing country is determined from your IP address on your first visit and kept in a cookie, so prices don't change when you travel or use a VPN; when you first go to checkout it is stored on your account, and your subscription keeps that currency.
We may offer different prices in different countries and may test prices, which means two people in the same country can see different prices for a while. Each price we show is a real price you can buy at. The price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay, and it won't change for your subscription unless we notify you in advance as described in Price changes below.
Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fees for payments in a foreign currency; those fees are not set or received by ZeroTell.
Intro price for the first week
Weekly Pro may be offered with an intro price for your first week. The intro price is a discounted first payment, not a free or limited trial: you are charged the intro price when you subscribe and get the full Weekly Pro plan straight away.
Seven days later your subscription renews automatically at the regular weekly price shown next to the intro price at checkout, and then every week, until you cancel.
The intro price is available once per person. If your account has had a ZeroTell subscription before, or we reasonably believe you have already used the intro price with another account, Weekly Pro starts at the regular weekly price. The checkout always shows which price applies before you pay.
The introductory offer is limited to one per person and one per payment card. Additional accounts, and payment cards that have already been used for the introductory offer, do not qualify. If we detect this after payment, we refund the introductory payment in full and cancel the subscription; you can then subscribe at the regular price.
Automatic renewal
Every ZeroTell Pro plan is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period — every week, every month or every year — and charges the payment method you used at checkout the renewal price of your plan until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize those recurring charges.
Your next renewal date and amount are always shown on the Subscription page of your account and in the Stripe billing portal. Payments are processed by Stripe; ZeroTell never sees your full card number.
Renewal reminders
On Yearly Pro we email you before each yearly renewal with the plan, the amount and the renewal date, and a link to manage or cancel your subscription.
Weekly Pro and Monthly Pro renew without a reminder email. Their renewal date and amount are shown at checkout, on the Subscription page and in the Stripe billing portal.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, yourself, in a few clicks. No email or phone call needed.
Open your account
Sign in and go to Dashboard → Subscription.
Manage subscription
Click "Manage subscription". You'll be taken to Stripe's secure billing portal.
Cancel the subscription
Choose Cancel subscription and confirm. The portal shows the date your access ends.
After you cancel
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan, its fair use allowance and your remaining media credits until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
If you can't reach the Subscription page, contact us from the Contact page with your account email and we will cancel it for you.
Deleting your account (Dashboard → Settings) is different from cancelling: it ends any subscription immediately, not at the end of the period, and the time left in that period is not refunded automatically. Cancel first if you want to keep using your plan until the period ends.
Refunds
If ZeroTell isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within your first paid billing period: within the first 7 days on Weekly Pro, the first 30 days on Monthly Pro and the first 30 days on Yearly Pro, counted from that first payment. Contact us from the Contact page with your account email and the date of the charge.
We will also review a refund at any time if something went wrong — for example you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or couldn't use the service because of a problem on our side. Outside these cases, renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under consumer protection law.
When we refund a payment, the media credits granted for that billing period are removed. A refund doesn't cancel the subscription by itself; to stop future charges, cancel as described above or ask us to cancel it in your refund request.
Unused credits are not refundable on their own. Never send card numbers or passwords in a refund request.
Fair use
On every ZeroTell Pro plan — Weekly Pro, Yearly Pro and Monthly Pro — the AI Humanizer, AI Detector and Plagiarism Checker (Basic and Advanced modes), the writing, study and code tools (including the homework and math solvers, the AI code detector and the code and PowerPoint plagiarism checkers) and AI Chat don't charge credits. "Unlimited" means you are not charged per run and there is no small quota you are expected to stay under. It is subject to the fair use limits in the table below, counted per user for each UTC day and for each rolling period of 30 days (the current UTC day and the days before it, 30 days in total). The limits are the same on every plan and don't reset when your plan renews.
These limits exist to stop automated use and accounts shared between several people. They are set far above what one person uses in a normal day of studying or writing, and typical use stays well below them.
If you reach a limit, that tool pauses until there is room again: at midnight UTC for a daily limit; for a rolling limit, as the oldest day of use drops out of the 30-day window at midnight UTC. Nothing is charged, your other tools keep working, and we never silently switch you to a lower-quality model or mode.
If you need more for your work, contact us from the Contact page and we can raise a limit for your account. We will tell you before we lower any limit. The anti-automation and account-sharing rules of the Terms of Use apply as well.
Fair use doesn't change the size limits of a single request: the AI Humanizer takes up to 4,000 words per run in Basic mode and 6,000 in Advanced, the AI Detector up to 15,000 words per scan, and the Plagiarism Checker gives full coverage up to 6,000 words per check.
The media tools (image generator, infographic, storyboard, video, presentation maker, booklet generator and meeting transcription and notes) are not part of the unlimited use. They use credits, see Media credits below.
Fair use limits
Per user, the same on every plan. A day is a UTC calendar day; the rolling period is the last 30 UTC days, today included. Advanced humanizer runs count each word twice.
| Tool and what is counted | Per day | Per rolling 30 days |
|---|---|---|
| AI Humanizer — words (Advanced counts 2×) | 60.000 | 600.000 |
| AI Detector — scans | 100 | 1.500 |
| AI Detector — words | 300.000 | 3.000.000 |
| Plagiarism checks (text, code, slides) — web searches | 1.000 | 10.000 |
| Writing, study, code and other text tools — runs | 300 | 5.000 |
| AI Chat (ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek models) — messages | 300 | 5.000 |
| AI Chat (Claude, Grok models) — messages | 50 | 1.000 |
| AI Chat web search — searches | 100 | 1.500 |
Media credits
Price changes, failed payments and other changes
We may change plan prices, credit amounts or fair use limits for future billing periods. If a change affects your renewing subscription (a higher price, fewer credits or a lower limit), we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies. A price change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it. Until a payment succeeds, the plan's paid features are paused and the media credits from your plan can't be used (they aren't removed; credits you were given back for failed runs stay usable). The subscription may be cancelled if payment keeps failing, and then its remaining credits expire.
One plan per account: while a subscription is active you can't start a second one, and plans can't be switched in the billing portal — to change plans, cancel your current plan and subscribe to the new one once it ends. A plan belongs to the account that bought it. Don't share your login to let others use your plan.

Subscription FAQs
Seven days after your first payment, Weekly Pro renews automatically at the regular weekly price shown at checkout, and then every week until you cancel. To avoid the first renewal, cancel before the 7 days end: Dashboard → Subscription → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription. You keep Weekly Pro until the week you paid for ends.
No. The intro price is for your first ZeroTell subscription only, once per person and once per payment card. If your account has had a subscription before, Weekly Pro starts at the regular weekly price, and the checkout shows it before you pay. If a card that already had the intro price is used again on another account, we refund that payment in full and cancel the new subscription.
On every ZeroTell Pro plan the AI Humanizer, AI Detector, Plagiarism Checker, the writing, study and code tools and AI Chat don't charge credits per run. They are subject to the published fair use limits per UTC day and per rolling 30 days (see Fair use above). Typical use stays far below them; if you ever reach one, the tool pauses until there is room again and nothing is charged.
Yes, within your first paid billing period: the first 7 days on Weekly Pro, the first 30 days on Monthly Pro and the first 30 days on Yearly Pro. Contact us with your account email and the charge date. We also review any charge that went wrong.
No. Subscription credits reset to your plan's amount at each renewal (each month on Yearly Pro) and unused credits are not refundable.
