Terms of Use

The rules for using ZeroTell, written to be read. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them, together with the Subscription Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Who you're agreeing with

ZeroTell (zerotell.com) is provided by ZeroTell SI Inc, a Wyoming profit corporation (Wyoming Secretary of State filing ID 2026-002105619), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("ZeroTell", "we").

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use ZeroTell. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf before you buy a subscription.

Your account

Keep your sign-in email and login links private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Don't create accounts to get around free limits, share a paid account with others, or resell access to the service.

Your content and our results

You keep your rights

You own the text, files and prompts you submit. You give ZeroTell permission to process them only to provide the result you asked for and to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Only submit what you're allowed to

Make sure you have the right to submit any material, and don't submit other people's personal or confidential information without permission.

Results are yours to use — and to check

As between you and us, you may use the results you generate. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, similar to other people's output, or unsuitable for your purpose. Check facts, citations and originality before you rely on or publish anything.

Detector and checker scores are estimates

AI detection, plagiarism, grammar and fact-check results are automated estimates, not proof. Don't use a score as the only basis for a decision about a person.

Honest use

You may not use ZeroTell to submit work that isn't yours as if it were, or to break the academic integrity, AI-use or exam rules of your school, employer or publisher. That includes using the AI Humanizer or Paraphraser to disguise AI-generated or copied text where its use is not allowed. Our Academic Integrity page explains what the tools are and aren't for.

We don't promise that any result will pass or fail a particular AI detector or plagiarism checker, and you shouldn't rely on one.

Things you must not do

Don't use ZeroTell to break the law; infringe anyone's copyright or other rights; harass, defame or impersonate people; generate sexual content involving minors, or other content our providers prohibit; create spam, malware or phishing; or get around rate limits, credit checks, fair use limits or other technical controls.

Don't scrape the site, probe or overload our systems, or use automated means to access the tools except through features we provide for that.

We may remove content, refuse a request or suspend an account that breaks these rules or creates a legal or security risk. Where reasonable we will tell you why.

Subscriptions, fair use and credits

ZeroTell Pro is offered as Weekly Pro, Yearly Pro and Monthly Pro. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prices (which can differ by country and currency), the intro price for the first week of Weekly Pro, cancellation, refunds, fair use and media credits are covered in the Subscription Terms, which are part of these terms. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Every ZeroTell Pro plan includes Unlimited* use of the writing tools for one person's own use. *Subject to the fair use limits published in the Fair use section of the Subscription Terms. Running the tools through scripts or bots, or sharing one account between several people, breaks these terms whether or not a limit is reached.

Don't create several accounts or use other people's details to get the intro price more than once.

The service, liability and changes

We work to keep ZeroTell available and accurate, but the service is provided as it is and may change, have errors or be unavailable at times. Features, models, providers and limits may change. If we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, contact us about a fair resolution.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI output. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
