What Unlimited* means
No credits for writing tools
On every Pro plan the AI Humanizer, AI Detector, Plagiarism Checker, every writing, study and code tool and AI Chat use no credits. Run them as often as your work needs, within fair use.
Per-run sizes still apply
Each humanizer run takes up to 4,000 words in Basic and 6,000 in Advanced, each AI scan up to 15,000 words, and each plagiarism check covers up to 6,000 words in full. Split longer documents into parts.
Credits only for media tools
Image, video, slides, booklet and meeting tools use credits: 75 every week on Weekly Pro, 300 every month on Yearly Pro and Monthly Pro.
Fair use
Limits per user, per UTC day and per rolling 30 days — the same on every plan. They are set far above normal study and work so they only stop automated or shared-account use. If you reach one, that tool pauses until the limit frees up — nothing is charged and quality is never lowered.
AI Humanizer
60,000 words per day and 600,000 per 30 days. Advanced mode counts twice.
AI Detector
100 scans and 300,000 words per day; 1,500 scans and 3,000,000 words per 30 days.
Plagiarism checks
1,000 web searches per day and 10,000 per 30 days, shared by text, code and slide checks.
Writing, study & code tools
300 runs per day and 5,000 per 30 days.
AI Chat
ChatGPT, Gemini and DeepSeek models: 300 messages per day, 5,000 per 30 days. Claude and Grok models: 50 per day, 1,000 per 30 days. Web search: 100 per day, 1,500 per 30 days.

Billing questions
On every Pro plan — Weekly Pro, Yearly Pro and Monthly Pro — the AI Humanizer, AI Detector, Plagiarism Checker, the writing, study and code tools and AI Chat use no credits, however often you run them. Two things still apply: per-run sizes (4,000 words per humanizer run in Basic, 6,000 in Advanced; 15,000 words per AI scan; full plagiarism coverage up to 6,000 words per check) and the published fair-use limits per UTC day and per rolling 30 days, for example 60,000 humanized words or 100 AI scans a day. If you reach one, the tool pauses until the limit frees up; nothing is charged and quality is never lowered.
Weekly Pro starts with a discounted first payment: you pay the intro price shown on the card for your first week and get full Pro from the first minute — it is not a limited trial. After 7 days it renews automatically at the weekly price shown next to it, every week, until you cancel. The intro price is available once per person: if your account has had a ZeroTell subscription before, Weekly Pro starts at the regular weekly price.
Each card shows its price per day in your currency, so you can compare them directly. Over a full year, Yearly Pro costs the least per day. All three plans include exactly the same Pro features, so choose by how long you need ZeroTell.
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within your first paid billing period: the first 7 days on Weekly Pro, the first 30 days on Yearly Pro and the first 30 days on Monthly Pro. Contact support from the Contact page with your account email and the charge date. A refund removes the media credits of that period; to stop future renewals, also cancel your subscription (or ask us to in the same message). Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
Go to Dashboard → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal, and cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
On Yearly Pro, yes: before every yearly renewal we email you the amount and the date, with a link to manage or cancel. Weekly Pro and Monthly Pro renew without a reminder email. Your next renewal date and amount are always shown on Dashboard → Subscription.
We charge in your local currency where we offer one — Australian dollars (AUD) and British pounds (GBP) — and in US dollars (USD) everywhere else. Prices in Australia include GST and prices in the UK include VAT; elsewhere tax may be added at checkout where it applies. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Credits are only used by the media tools: image generator, infographics, storyboards, video, presentations, booklets and meeting transcription and notes. Weekly Pro includes 75 credits every week; Yearly Pro and Monthly Pro include 300 credits every month. Credits reset at each renewal (each month on Yearly Pro), don't roll over and have no cash value. The humanizer, detector, plagiarism, writing, study and code tools and AI Chat never use credits while you have a plan.
Checkout is handled by Stripe and accepts major cards and the wallets Stripe offers in your country. ZeroTell never receives your full card details.
